The DXR-701 is a single-channel receiver that will receive up to 500 feet away from the transmitter. It has a wire lead antenna that is attached. Each receiver has a capacity of decoding 32 different transmitters. The transmitters in the DXR series are all pre-programmed from the factory with one of over 1,000,000 randon selected codes. Therefore it is only necessary to initially have the receiver "Learn" the code or codes of all the transmitters to be used with the receiver. This is a very simple process and will never have to be repeated again unless a transmitter is added or removed.
The output of the receiver is a 1 amp relay with both n.o and n.c contacts. Four different modes of operation are selectable with jumpers inside the receiver. Four second momentary, one second momentary, toggle action and latch.

| The DXR-702 is a two-channel receiver that will receive up to 500 feet away from the transmitter. It is similar in operation to the DXR-701 except that it has two seperate relay outputs, one for each channel. The receiver also has a detachable whip antenna with a "F" connector. It can be easily removed and an external antenna can be attached if more range is required. The receivers are powered by an external power source of 11 to 17.5VDC or 12 to 16VAC. Maximum current consumption is 90ma (60ma for the DXR-701). |

These handheld transmitters have an extra top button which enables extra codes to be sent if that button is depressed along with one of the front buttons. The DXT-21 is the exception where the top and front buttons are tied together, so pressing either sends the same code. The DXT-23, with three buttons, can transmitt four different codes. The DXT-25 with five buttons, can send eight different codes.
The units are powered by two 3 volt CR2032 lithium batteries (supplied) and have a battery life measured in years. A belt clip is included . Typical range is 500 feet in open air.
